...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM MONDAY TO 9 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as 
  low as 21. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as 
  low as 16. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing 
  temperatures as low as 27 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast 
  Georgia.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning and Cold Weather Advisory, 
  until 10 AM EST Monday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 10 PM 
  Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees could result 
  in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very 
  cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. 
  Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and 
  outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures. 
  Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially 
  vulnerable to the cold. Take measures to protect them.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a 
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure 
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills 
inside.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to 
drip slowly.
