* WHAT...Beyond 3 nm offshore, north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts
  up to 40 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 8 to 12 ft. From
  the coast to 3 nm offshore, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts
  up to 30 kt and seas 8 to 11 ft.

* WHERE...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, all areas beyond 3 nm
  offshore, especially from Gold Beach to Cape Ferrelo. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, from the coast to 3 nm offshore.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or 
  damage smaller vessels.
