* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 kt
  with gusts approaching 40 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft at 10 seconds 
  expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and 
  hazardous seas 7 to 10 ft at 9 seconds expected.

* WHERE...For the Small Craft Advisor, only a small portion of 
  the northern waters. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, for nearly 
  all the waters. 

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. 
  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM Sunday to 5 AM PDT 
  Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or 
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially 
  treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
