* WHAT...Very steep and hazardous seas 10 to 14 ft at 11 seconds
  through tonight. Winds quickly ramp up widespread gales 30 to 40
  kt with gusts to 50 kt, with an area of storm force winds of 40
  to 45 kt and gusts up to 60 kt. Wind driven seas become very
  steep and chaotic 17 to 22 ft. 

* WHERE...All areas will experience very steep and hazardous seas.
  Gales are expected across all areas, with storm force winds
  expected from Gold Beach northward and within 40 nm from shore.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 4 AM PST 
  Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM Thursday to 1 AM PST 
  Friday. For the Storm Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds and very steep seas could capsize 
  or damage vessels. Visibilities will be significantly reduced.

  Winds gradually ease overnight into Friday, but a Hazardous Seas
  Warning will stay up for very steep seas of 12 to 14 ft at 10
  seconds. Seas then subside but remain hazardous to small craft 
  10 to 12 ft at 13 seconds Friday into early Saturday.

* WHERE...All areas. 

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 AM PST Friday. For the
