...ICE STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM FRIDAY TO 7 AM EST 
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total snow and sleet 
  accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one 
  quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. 
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could 
  impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra 
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.

SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations around 
  one quarter of an inch. Sleet and snow totals will be less than an 
  inch.

* WHERE...The Laurel Highlands and western Alleghenies.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. 
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will 
  impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A 6 to 9 hour period of freezing rain is 
  expected. The bulk of the rainfall will be over by midnight, but 
  patchy freezing drizzle could last until morning.
