* IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous 
  navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels at Manchester during low tide
  this evening were observed more than 1 foot below MLLW. Similar
  conditions should be expected at times of low tide through
  Friday morning and potentially longer. The greatest area of
  concern is around and above Morgans Point, with negative tide
  conditions becoming less severe lower in the bay.

...LOW WATER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Low astronomical tides are expected the next several days and
water levels around low tide cycles in the northern part of the
bay should be down to about -0.75 MLLW. These values are above the
advisory criteria of -1 MLLW. That said, mariners should be aware
of negative tides before beginning or continuing their transits.
