* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  seas 8 to 10 ft at 11 seconds expected tonight into Monday
  morning. South winds increasing to 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to
  30 kt and wind-driven seas becoming steep to very steep and
  hazardous 10 to 14 ft by Monday afternoon and continuing into
  Monday night. Winds easing Tuesday, but steep seas 10 to 12 ft 
  at 12 seconds persist.

* WHERE...All areas, except the strongest winds and steepest seas
  will be from Port Orford northward. Very steep seas are also
  expected beyond 30 NM from and north of Brookings. 

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening 
  to 10 PM PST Monday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 
  AM to 10 PM PST Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 
  AM to 10 PM PST Tuesday.
