  moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 to 70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is possible to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Garibaldi, Manzanita, Jewell, Rockaway Beach, Elsie, Cape Meares,
  Bay City, Wheeler, Nehalem, Hamlet, Mohler, Klaskanine Summit,
  Foss, Necanicum, Saddle Mountain, and Salmonberry.

At 119 PM PST, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest of
Elsie, or 9 miles west of Jewell, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...60 to 70 mph wind gusts.
