The National Weather Service in Gray Maine has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Merrimack County in central New Hampshire...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 311 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hopkinton, or
  near Henniker, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hopkinton, Henniker, Concord, Bow, Pembroke, Webster, Boscawen,
  Warner, Canterbury, Dunbarton, Allenstown, and Loudon.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 89 between mile markers 0 and 16.
 Interstate 93 between mile markers 32 and 46.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with this storm. 
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of natures leading 
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to 
be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

At 339 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Concord, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

WILL EXPIRE AT 400 PM EDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, heavy
rain is still possible with this thunderstorm.
