The National Weather Service in Gray Maine has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Rockingham County in southern New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Cheshire County in southern New Hampshire...
  Hillsborough County in southern New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Merrimack County in central New Hampshire...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 404 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Henniker to near Jaffrey to near Richmond,
  moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Jaffrey, Henniker, Merrimack, Bedford,
  Milford, Hooksett, Amherst, Litchfield, Hollis, Peterborough,
  Hopkinton, New Boston, Antrim, Mont Vernon, Greenfield,
  Lyndeborough, and Dublin.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 293 between mile markers 1 and 11.
 Interstate 93 between mile markers 8 and 33.

This also includes...
  Mount Monadnock and North Pack Monadnock.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for southern and
central New Hampshire.
