* Until 915 PM CDT.

* At 849 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles west of
  Jamestown, moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Scandia, Cuba, Jamestown, Courtland, Norway, Belleville, and
  Agenda.

FOR REPUBLIC AND NORTHWESTERN CLOUD COUNTIES...

At 905 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southeast of
Scandia, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail. At 9 PM, a 
         the public reported 1 inch hail in Jamestown.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR REPUBLIC AND NORTHWESTERN
CLOUD COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 915 PM CDT...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has.
moved out of the warned area. Therefore, the warning will be allowed 
to expire.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
north central Kansas.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for 
eastern portions of Republic county and far northeastern Cloud 
county.
