* At 408 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Columbia to near Winsteadville to 6 miles north
  of Grantsboro, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

At 424 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Newfoundland to Scranton to near Maribel, moving east
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 340 PM trees and powerlines were 
         reported down between Vanceboro and Blounts Creek. 

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Belhaven, Sladesville, Killkenny, Ransomville, Ponzer, Swindell Fork,
Scranton, Gull Rock, Alligator, Gum Neck, Kilkenny, Fairfield,
