  Southern Portage County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 705 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ravenna,
  moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to 
           trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ravenna, Kent, Streetsboro, Brimfield, Atwater, Edinburg,
  Deerfield, Brady Lake, and Wayland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

FOR SOUTHEASTERN PORTAGE COUNTY...

At 715 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest of
Newton Falls, or 9 miles southeast of Ravenna, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
