* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Mills County in southwestern Iowa...
  South central Pottawattamie County in southwestern Iowa...
  Eastern Sarpy County in east central Nebraska...
  Cass County in southeastern Nebraska...

* Until midnight CDT.

* At 1108 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pacific
  Junction, or 10 miles southeast of Offutt AFB, moving northeast at
  50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Offutt AFB, Weeping Water, Murdock, Louisville State Recreation
  Area, Camp Maha, Cedar Creek, Beaver Lake, Glenwood, Manley,
  Louisville, Murray, Platte River State Park, Silver City,
  Plattsmouth, Pacific Junction, Mineola, South Bend, Avoca,
  Bellevue, and Council Bluffs.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 29 and 43.

At 1128 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southeast
of Treynor, or 15 miles east of Council Bluffs, moving northeast at
50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

POTTAWATTAMIE...SOUTHEASTERN SARPY AND EASTERN CASS COUNTIES WILL
EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty
winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for
southwestern Iowa...and southeastern and east central Nebraska.
