* Until 915 PM MST.

* At 840 PM MST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Desert Ridge Marketplace to Metro Center to near
  Arizona State Fairgrounds, moving west at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Peoria, Avondale, El Mirage,
  Paradise Valley, Tolleson, Youngtown, Laveen, Cashion, Sun City,
  Litchfield Park, Piestewa Peak Park, and Deer Valley Airport.

FOR MARICOPA COUNTY...

At 852 PM MST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Deer Valley Airport to Downtown Glendale to near
Laveen, moving west at 10 mph.

THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS FOR PORTIONS OF THE PHOENIX METRO.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect 
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. 
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR MARICOPA COUNTY WILL EXPIRE AT
915 PM MST...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and have exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will
be allowed to expire.  However, gusty winds and heavy rain are still
possible with these thunderstorms.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
portions of the West Valley in the Phoenix Metro Area.
