* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Powder River County in southeastern Montana...

* Until 330 PM MDT.

* At 234 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 30 miles south of
  Ashland, or 40 miles northeast of Sheridan, moving southeast at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Moorhead and Otter.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing large hail.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

At 301 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 35 miles south of
Ashland, or 42 miles southwest of Broadus, moving southeast at 25
mph.
