Northeastern Wayne County in southern Utah...
Southeastern Emery County in central Utah...
* Until 930 AM MDT.
* At 853 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles west of
Canyonlands National Park, or 32 miles east of Hanksville, moving
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Wayne and southeastern Emery Counties.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to

FOR NORTHEASTERN WAYNE AND SOUTHEASTERN EMERY COUNTIES...
At 902 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles northwest
of Canyonlands National Park, or 27 miles west of Moab, moving
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Wayne and southeastern Emery Counties.

SOUTHEASTERN EMERY COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 930 AM MDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However small
hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.
