  Southern Hudspeth County in western Texas...

* Until 400 PM MDT.

* At 327 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sierra
  Blanca, moving south at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sierra Blanca and Quitman Canyon.
