* At 1201 AM CDT, the leading edge of winds from a line of severe
  thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 4 miles
  northwest of Arcadia to near Edmond to 4 miles northwest of Spencer
  to near Oklahoma City, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
