  Northwestern Darlington County in northeastern South Carolina...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 405 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Oats, or near
  Hartsville, moving north at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hartsville, North Hartsville, Clyde, Oats, Lydia, Auburn, Swift
  Creek, Kellytown, and Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

At 433 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hartsville,
moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
