  Northwestern Okeechobee County in east central Florida...
  Southeastern Osceola County in east central Florida...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 556 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest
  of Kissimmee Prairie Preserve, or 16 miles south of Lake Marian,
  moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Kissimmee Prairie Preserve.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL OKEECHOBEE AND SOUTHEASTERN OSCEOLA COUNTIES...

At 604 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest of
Kissimmee Prairie Preserve, or 14 miles south of Lake Marian, moving
east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of north
central Okeechobee and southeastern Osceola Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of natures leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
