* At 341 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Rio Grande to near Ironton, moving east at 65
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sandyville, Point Pleasant, Crown City, Flatwoods, Adamsville,
  Waterloo, Ashton, Cottageville, Raceland, Gallopolis Ferry,
  Ironton, Worthington, Coal Grove, Leon, Aid, Gallipolis, Lake
  Vesuvius, Mount Alto, Southside, and Scottown.

This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 139
and 148.
