* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southern Crawford County in south central Indiana...
  Perry County in south central Indiana...
  Northwestern Meade County in central Kentucky...
  Hancock County in central Kentucky...
  Central Breckinridge County in central Kentucky...

* Until 915 PM EDT/815 PM CDT/.

* At 846 PM EDT/746 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along
  a line extending from near Santa Claus to near Grandview, moving
  east at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tell City, Hardinsburg, Hawesville, Mount Pleasant, Webster,
  Lewisport, Cannelton, Cloverport, Leopold, and Troy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread
significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately
likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant
property damage.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT/midnight CDT/ for
south central Indiana...and central Kentucky.

MEADE...EAST CENTRAL HANCOCK AND CENTRAL BRECKINRIDGE COUNTIES...

At 903 PM EDT/803 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 12 miles northeast of Tell City to near
Hawesville, moving east at 65 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Hardinsburg, Mount Pleasant, Webster, Cannelton, Cloverport, Leopold,
Alton, Mcquady, Frymire, and Skillman.
