The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Northeastern El Paso County in east central Colorado...
* Until 615 PM MDT.
* At 522 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles northeast of Peyton to near Calhan to 6
miles north of Ellicott, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Calhan and Ramah.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN EL PASO COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...
The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, small hail and
gusty winds are still possible with these thunderstorms.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT for
east central Colorado.
Remember, Severe Thunderstorm Warnings still remain in effect for
southwest and southeast El Paso counties.
