* At 237 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Smyrna, or 25
  miles southwest of Marshall, moving northeast at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

BAXTER AND NORTHEASTERN POPE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 300 PM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However small
hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.
