* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Calhoun County in central South Carolina...
  Southeastern Lexington County in central South Carolina...
  Northwestern Orangeburg County in central South Carolina...
  South central Richland County in central South Carolina...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 636 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sandy Run, or
  14 miles northwest of Brookdale, moving southwest at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
  St. Matthews, Congaree National Park, Sandy Run, Swansea, North,
  Woodford, and Livingston.

This includes Interstate 26 between mile markers 125 and 145.

building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of natures leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
