  East central El Paso County in western Texas...

* Until 415 PM MDT.

* At 344 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Horizon City,
  and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Horizon City, Clint, San 
  Elizario, Socorro, Sparks, Lake Way Estates, Agua Dulce, Colonia 
  del Paso, and Dairyland.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
