The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Mille Lacs County in east central Minnesota...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 443 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southwest
  of Vineland, or 24 miles east of Little Falls, moving east at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Rum River State Forest, Mille Lacs Kathio State Park, Onamia,
  Bayview and Wahkon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

COUNTY...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, small hail is
still possible with this thunderstorm.
