The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 1015 PM MST.
* At 915 PM MST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
15 miles northwest of San Isidro to near San Miguel, moving west at
25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Sells, Santa Rosa, Topawa, Pisinemo, San Miguel, San Isidro, Ali
Chukson, Covered Wells, Gu Oidak, Vamori, South Komelik, Cowlic,
Fresnal, Choulic, Newfield, Ak Chin, Coldfields, No:ligk, Cababi
and Comobabi.
This includes Route 86 between mile markers 78 and 127.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.
Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread
significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately
likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant
property damage.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

FOR CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY...
At 957 PM MST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 10
miles southwest of Santa Rosa to 16 miles west of San Miguel, moving
west at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Sells, Topawa, Pisinemo, San Miguel, Covered Wells, Gu Oidak,
Vamori, Cowlic, Ak Chin, No:ligk, Cababi, San Luis - Sells
District, Mountain Village, Artesia, Rincon, Sikul Himathk, Kupk,
Kots Kug and Itak.
This includes Route 86 between mile markers 78 and 117.
