  East central Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 230 PM MDT.

* At 141 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Albin, or 26
  miles northwest of Kimball, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 139 PM quarter sized hail 
           was reported six miles north of Albin.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
