* At 441 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Middleton, or
7 miles east of Elberton, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to trees and powerlines.

McCormick, Mccormick County Airport, Elijah Clark State Park,
Hickory Knob State Resort Park, Gills Point, Hesters Ferry

Thurmond, or 13 miles southwest of Abbeville, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
