* At 438 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 18 miles south of
  Belt, or 28 miles west of Stanford, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
