The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Sioux County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
  Eastern Niobrara County in east central Wyoming...

* Until 330 PM MDT.

* At 247 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
  Van Tassell, or 19 miles east of Lusk, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 248 PM quarter sized hail 
           was reported 9 miles north of Van Tassell.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harrison.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN SIOUX AND EASTERN
NIOBRARA COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, small hail is
still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of Nebraska...and east central Wyoming.
