The National Weather Service in Great Falls has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Gallatin County in south central Montana...

* Until 745 PM MDT.

* At 709 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles west of
  Clyde Park, or 19 miles north of Bozeman, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Gallatin County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN GALLATIN COUNTY
WILL EXPIRE AT 745 PM MDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, heavy
rain is still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
south central Montana.
