* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Washington County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 722 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Cope, or 37
  miles southeast of Akron, moving south at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Arickaree School and Cope.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
widespread damaging winds and large hail.

At 737 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Cope, or 41
miles southeast of Akron, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
