NORTHWESTERN BROWN AND SOUTHEASTERN WARREN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT
715 AM EDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits
and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will be
allowed to expire.
