* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southern Hamilton County in southwestern Kansas...
  Northern Stanton County in southwestern Kansas...

* Until 900 PM CDT/800 PM MDT/.

* At 812 PM CDT/712 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 12
  miles southwest of Syracuse, moving south at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Johnson City.

This warning replaces the previous warning for southwestern Hamilton 
County.

At 832 PM CDT/732 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles
north of Johnson City, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and storm chaser report. At 827 PM CDT, 
         quarter size hail was reported 13 miles south southwest of 
         Syracuse.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Big Bow.
