* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  East Central Washington County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 630 PM MDT.

* At 600 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles east of
  Elba, or 15 miles southeast of Akron, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elba.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT Wednesday for a
portion of northeast Colorado.

EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY...

At 621 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles north of
Arickaree School, or 20 miles southeast of Akron, moving southeast at
20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.
