* At 252 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wharton, or 8
  miles northwest of Morristown, moving southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is 
           possible.
