* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Adams County in south central Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Cumberland County in south central Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Franklin County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 230 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Roxbury,
  moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chambersburg, Shippensburg, Fayetteville, Scotland, Cashtown,
  Roxbury, Walnut Bottom, Pine Grove Furnace, Upper Strasburg,
  Arendtsville, Bendersville, and Orrstown.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.

This includes the following Interstates...
 The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 198 to 202.
 Interstate 81 from mile markers 18 to 34.

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this severe
thunderstorm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of natures
leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning.

Very heavy rainfall is occurring with this severe thunderstorm, and
may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
