At 723 AM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Manning to Gladstone to 11 miles northwest of New
England, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 708 AM MDT, a 76 mph wind gust 
         was reported 9 miles southwest of Manning.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
