* At 515 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast
of Rogersville, or 13 miles northwest of Athens, moving south at 20
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

FOR CENTRAL LIMESTONE...EASTERN LAUDERDALE...NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND
NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES...
At 533 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rogersville, or
16 miles west of Athens, moving south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Athens, Trinity, Rogersville, Courtland, North Courtland,
Hillsboro, Elkmont, Anderson, and Lester.

If on or near Wheeler Lake and the Elk River, get away from the
water and move indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can
strike out to 15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to
safe shelter now! Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

LAUDERDALE...NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES
WILL EXPIRE AT 600 PM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small
hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
