* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
East central Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...
* Until 315 PM MDT.
* At 250 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bethune, or 7
miles west of Burlington, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
east central Kit Carson County.
This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 428 and
431.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

FOR CENTRAL KIT CARSON COUNTY...
At 303 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bethune, or 8
miles east of Stratton, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Bethune.
This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado near mile marker 429.
