* At 809 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Washington,
  or 10 miles northeast of Petersburg, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
