  Northern Johnson County in east central Iowa...
  Southern Benton County in east central Iowa...
  Southwestern Linn County in east central Iowa...
  Northeastern Iowa County in east central Iowa...

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 525 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Hiawatha to near Blairstown, moving southeast
  at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cedar Rapids, Marengo, Marion, North Liberty, Hiawatha, Robins,
  Williamsburg, Fairfax, Solon, Tiffin, Ely, Atkins, Walford, Palo,
  Swisher, Newhall, Oxford, Blairstown, Van Horne, and Keystone.

This includes the following highways...

southeast at 40 mph.

CENTRAL LINN AND EAST CENTRAL IOWA COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, heavy rain is
still possible with these thunderstorms.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
east central Iowa.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
the Quad Cities.
