* At 245 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 13 miles north of Weskan to 7 miles southeast of
Cheyenne Wells to 10 miles northeast of Eads, moving east at 35
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE... Automated sites near Firstview, CO reported 60 mph wind
gusts.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

FOR EASTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO AND WESTERN
WALLACE COUNTIES IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS...
At 257 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 13 miles north of Weskan to 12 miles southeast of
Cheyenne Wells to 9 miles north of Brandon, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...At 250pm MT a 66 mph gust was reported in Cheyenne Wells,
CO.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Cheyenne Wells, Weskan, Firstview, and Arapahoe.
This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 136 and 157.

EAST CENTRAL COLORADO AND WESTERN WALLACE COUNTIES IN WEST CENTRAL
KANSAS WILL EXPIRE AT 315 PM MDT...
The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, gusty
winds are still possible with these thunderstorms.
Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
Wallace County.
