* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Kanawha County in central West Virginia...
  East central Putnam County in western West Virginia...
  Southwestern Roane County in central West Virginia...
  Southeastern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 1205 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sissonville,
  or 14 miles east of Winfield, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sissonville, Clendenin, Pinch, and Elkview.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 79 between mile markers 4 and 22.
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 108 and 124.

building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
