  Central Meade County in west central South Dakota...

* Until 1045 PM MDT.

* At 1003 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
  Hereford, or 26 miles east of Sturgis, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hereford.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR CENTRAL MEADE COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, gusty winds are
still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM MDT for
west central South Dakota.
