Eastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
* Until 545 PM EDT.
* At 442 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Allenwood, or
near Asbury Park, moving north at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.
* Locations impacted include...
Long Branch, Asbury Park, Middletown, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red
Bank, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Farmingdale, Allenwood,
Elberon, Ramtown, Navesink, Collingwood Park, Lincroft, Eatontown,
West Long Branch, Rumson, Little Silver, and Oceanport.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 31 and 34.
Garden State Parkway between mile markers 94 and 117.

building.
In addition to large hail and damaging winds, frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors
