* At 126 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near West Grove,
or 13 miles northwest of Newark, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.

SOUTHEASTERN CHESTER AND SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE
AT 215 PM EDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EDT for
northern Delaware...southern New Jersey...and southeastern
Pennsylvania.
